As you compose your Author's Note, please add a brief introduction which includes:

• your academic interests, experiences, and achievements;

• colleges and universities attended (be sure to include Arizona State University);

• a sense of your identity as a writer;

• your short-term and long-terms goals as a writer.

There are different ways you can address the above. Below, you will find an approach that uses multiple sections and columns, but you could also use simple paragraphs. Play around and find the approach that you feel is most effective.
